Process of Belt Tensioning
one. Calculate the deflection distance in mm on a basis of 16mm per meter of span. Center distance(m) x 16=Defection(mm).
2. Use a spring balance and rule measure the force with the belt, if your worth falls within the values given, the drive must be satisfactory. Othewise, utilize the Torque arm’s turnbuckle modify the stress of the belt. (Note, the force course plus the belt needs to be a appropriate angle).
