The three-drive transmission mechanism of the construction elevator consists of a disc brake three-phase motor, a flexible coupling, a worm wheeland worm reducer(gear reducer), a drive gear, a drive plate and a motor bracket.
There are two main types of transmission mechanisms for our products: three transmission systems and two transmission systems.
(1) The three-drive system is composed of three 11KW motors + three worm wheeland worm reducers and other components, and the rated load is 2T.
(2) The two transmission systems are composed of two 13KW or 15KW electric motors and two gear reducers, and the rated load is also 2T.
Note:
For the purchase of 11 kW drive mechanism, we will give a regular drive gear.
To purchase a 15 kW drive mechanism, we will present a carburizing drive gear.
The company’s construction elevator drive mechanism is suitable for more than 90% of construction elevator brands, and provides customized production of mechanism plates and transmission methods;
The drive board adopts the whole surface milling of CNC machine tools, the high-speed CNC drilling machine boring process, the installation size is zero error, the machining precision is high, the vibration during operation is small, and it is not easy to be damaged.
