Product Description
NC Servo Roll Feeder
The feeder is specialized equipment for metal plate leveling line, which can be integrated into the pressing lines of all manufacturers. The applicable scope that material width range from 0.2mm to 4.5mm and material thickness range from 50mm to 2200mm can satisfy every requirement of metal stamping operations. Feeding Speed is up to 20m/min. Multi-language operating system and user-friendly operating screen make it easier for the operator to run the equipment.

Main Features
1. Suit for most of sheet and strip of material, such as HR, CR, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, PVC etc.
2. Apply to high speed feeding, long stroke length feeding, significantly improves productivity and feeding accuracy (within±0.03mm).
3. User-friendly operation panel makes it easier to input amount of feeding length directly. The range of feeding length is from 0.1mm to 9999.99mm.
4. Input 20 sets of different feeding length. Each group provides stamping for 999 times to satisfy the processing and production of special products (option).
5. Manual mode: It is available to input 3 phases manual speed so that users operate easily and freely.
6. Job storage provides maximum flexibility and reduced set-up time.
7. All high-hardness and anti-friction rolls are made from heat-treated alloy steel with hard chrome plating and precision ground. The hardness is up to HRC60.
8. Feeding rolls are power driven through a precision gear train.
9. Servo feeder is generally divided into two categories: pneumatic servo feeder and mechanical servo feeder. The feeding principle of these two feeders is exactly the same; the difference is how to achieve the release action. Our engineers can analyze your application to determine mechanical release or pneumatic release.
10. Set up release angle quickly.
11. All electrical components are from advanced worldwide famous brands, such as Siemens, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi, Schneider etc. stable and efficient.
